 A.B.
English
Senior Vice President of Construction and Development
AB joined W.J. Vakos & Company in 1987 and provides the
company with over 30 years of construction and development
experience. A.B. serves as the Senior Vice President of Construction
and Development on all commercial construction projects including
Southpoint I and II, Spotsylvania Courthouse Village, WyteStone
Suites Hotels, Sleep Inn Hotels and other projects in Richmond,
Chesapeake, Charlottesville, and other localities. He oversees
all phases of budgeting, design, construction, and site development.
A.B. is a former basketball and baseball coach for the Spotsylvania
Parks and Recreation Department, Spotsylvania AAU, and a local
high school.
 Sandi
Harding
Vice President of Finance
Sandi has been with W.J. Vakos & Company for 23½
years and is currently the Vice President of Finance and Administration.
Sandi graduated with an undergraduate degree from Virginia
Commonwealth University and currently oversees all administrative
and financials needs of the company.
 David
W. Richardson
Vice President of Asset Management
David joined W.J. Vakos & Company in 2004 after a 17 year
career of commercial and residential design. His role for
the first five years with the company was designing and project
managing the site work of our commercial and mixed use projects.
He now oversees the daily operations and performances of all
the existing properties. Outside the office, David is involved
with community projects, as well as a deacon at Fairview Baptist
Church and a travel soccer coach for FASA.
 William
J. Vakos III
Chief Operating Officer, President
Bill Vakos III joined W.J. Vakos & Company in 1991 after
graduating from Old Dominion University with a degree in business
administration. For the past 15 years Bill has been involved
in the leasing, marketing, planning, and development areas
of our projects across Virginia. As COO / President, Bill
oversees the day to day operations of the company. Bill also
proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Virginia Community
Bank, as a Deacon at Spotswood Baptist church, and as a coach
at Fredericksburg Christian Schools.
